SHIPPING & DELIVERY

I make each order after it is placed. It may take me 2-3 weeks for a Doll to be finished and shipped.

My shipping days are Thursdays. So if I finished a doll on Monday I will ship it out on the following Thursday.

 

RETURNS

I do returns for damaged items after 7 days of arrival. I ask for photo proof of damaged items.

The customer can return the item and after I receive the item get money back minus shipping charges.

 

I do not do returns for custom orders or commissions. Please note that most of my shop is customs

or commissions. 

 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Maps do not have tracking numbers because they are first class. Dolls

have a tracking number. 

 

COMMISIONS

I do requests and other characters besides Resident evil. 

Pricing for customs/requests may increase for special materials I don't have on hand so I add up the following extra expenses to determine the cost of special dolls and extra time effort.*Special materials.*Gas to the store and back (my sister drives me; _:) *Extra labor time. Bought some pizza I couldn't afford.   

 

PRIVACY POLICY

I do not share financial information, Addresses, Names, Usernames,

Emails with anyone outside of my shop. This stays with me. Safety is a major concern of mine. 

I use to be a Personal Care Assistant for the disabled and elderly.

I know the laws of HIPAA and even though this is not the medical field 

I believe the privacy rights should be applied in all business.
